Gabe Menescal is a former Student-Athlete from the University of South Florida where he graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree. He began his Real Estate journey in summer of 2019 and has hit the ground running ever since. This past year Gabe has closed on 85+ transactions totalling over 10 Million in volume and has genereated just shy of 4 million dollars in produced profit.

With 3 years of experience, Gabe is now the Sales Manager at Yellowbird Realty and enjoys teaching others in teh community how to source & generate off-market Real Estate Deals.
