Enthusiasm in the business of Real Estate is common, endurance is rare.
Success does not come without hard work and sacrifice.
Ask any of Northeast Florida’s Top Agents / Investors / Business People, their road was paved with:
Rejection
Mundane work others weren’t willing to do
Repetition
Improvement
And Consistency
The reality is that you are in control. Natural talent is half as important as effort, therefore greatness is inside of anybody willing to put in the hours.
For those of you who are at the top, don’t let yourself get soft.
For the ones up and coming, have the grit to push through when you enter the suck, and know that you are not alone.
